Cindy is a little Chinese girl based on one of my former ESL children. She enjoys going outside and playing, although she frequently loses one of her shoes. This results in her having an odd collection, as her mother refuses to throw any out, in the hope that they might one day find its friend. If you ever see a shoe on its own in the countryside, it might belong to Cindy.
When she's not enjoying the sunshine on the beach, Cindy enjoys driving around with the wind blowing through her hair in her Little Yikes car, which her granny gave her for her 5th birthday.
